LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOUNTAINS EXCLUDING THE SANTA MONICA RANGE- INCLUDING...ACTON...MOUNT WILSON...SANDBERG 1228 PM PDT SAT JUL 30 2011 .NOW... TWO MODERATE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO SLOWLY DEVELOP OVER BLUE RIDGE AND MOUNT WILLIAMSON IN THE SAN GABRIEL MOUNTAINS...NEAR WRIGHTWOOD AND HIGHWAY 2. THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY INTENSIFY FURTHER AND PRODUCE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH WILL PRODUCE RUNOFF IN NORMALLY DRY STREAMS AND SLICK ROADWAYS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THIS AREA...AND ANY STORM THAT DEVELOPS COULD PRODUCE DANGEROUS FLASH FLOODING.
