Footage captured by WeatherCurrents contributor Jim Sappington on February 14th, showing a raging creek flow behind his Temecula Valley Wine Country property, was sent in this week with his permission. Given very high rainfall rates on the morning of February 14th, the flow was rather substantial, in a normally dry creek bed. Excessive heavy rain on February 14th was responsible, and numerous weather stations broke daily rainfall records. WeatherCurrents would like to thank Jim Sappington for his continued contributions to the network over many years.
