An attempted repair for the Fallbrook rain gauge was apparently not successful as spurious readings resumed today. We had the automatic rain gauge unplugged, and will report via manual measurements each day of this storm. Unfortunately, this means no live reporting of rainfall on Thursday night or Friday morning.
The long term repair plan now involves replacing the rain gauge cable, which may be completed this weekend. |
