A fast-moving, uneventful storm delivered light rain the Saturday morning before Halloween to the inland valleys. It was done in the morning, and left conditions cool for the rest of the day.
The storm was the last of a series of rain events that led to a wetter than normal October
Total rainfall from the storm ranged from 0.20" in De Luz to 0.03" in East San Jacinto.
Other notable rain totals were 0.15" in Wildomar, 0.14" in Fallbrook, 0.13" in Moreno Valley, 0.11" in Lake Elsinore, and 0.10" in French Valley. All other communities registered below a tenth of an inch.
