As the storm began in earnest early Monday morning, two of the twelve rain gauges in the WeatherCurrents network were not operating properly.
The De Luz rain gauge is not recording at all. Rain at that location is being taken from a manual rain gauge and will be updated at times during the storm.
The San Jacinto rain gauge is over-recording rainfall. This has been a problem in the past few storms. We will be adjusting totals during the storm to reflect the actual totals as we are able. |
