A lot of rain has fallen in the inland valleys Wednesday morning, but the Moreno Valley weather station hasn't recorded any as of yet.
The likely cause is a clog in the tipping bucket rain gauge that WeatherCurrents uses at Moreno Valley and at the rest of its locations. The gauges are prone to clogs, mainly from bird poop.
The host of the station is currently away on travel for the Thanksgiving holiday, so a quick resolution to the problem isn't likely.
We apologize for the inconvenience. |
