As of 4pm, the latest fire map is here. Note the shift northward of both the Rice Canyon and Poomacha Fires, indicated by the red dots. The map shows the Rice Canyon Fire near the San Diego/Riverside County line, and the Poomacha Fire burning up the southern slopes of Mount Palomar. |
