Lake Elsinore rain gauge problems continue

The rain gauge at WeatherCurrents' Lake Elsinore site is still inoperative, reporting erroneously low totals. Precipitation totals will be updated periodically throughout Friday and the weekend, borrowing rain totals from Skylark Field and other nearby stations in the city. The rain gauge will be fixed with replacement parts at some time in the near future. The rest of the weather station equipment there is functioning properly. We apologize for the inconvenience. |
