There is thunderstorm activity in the Hemet and Menifee Valley areas in Riverside County this afternoon, with rain falling in the 3pm hour. Thunder could be heard as far away as Temecula.
Hail has been reported in the Menifee area.
There are plenty of thunderheads out there this evening and scattered showers from them may hit any community in the region. The latest forecasts and weather data show the thunderstorms drifting south.
