A low pressure system briefly cooled our unseasonably warm weather Wednesday, and brought light rain to some locations.
Only three WeatherCurrents stations recorded measurable rainfall. Beaumont (Cherry Valley) recorded the highest total, 0.69 inches. A notable total of 0.42 inches was reported in East Highland, by Peter Michas. Riverside (Canyon Crest) and Moreno Valley both recorded small amounts of 0.03.
Despite the brief change in weather Wednesday, temperatures continued to stay well above seasonal averages. Warmer weather had already returned by Friday, and was expected to last for at least the next few days. |
