For 2010, July 15th is still the hottest day to date in the inland valleys, although Monday made a good run at it and Tuesday could be hotter still as a heat wave continues to bake the region.
On Monday, Wildomar led the WeatherCurrents stations with a sweltering 107.8°F. Lake Elsinore was right behind with 106.7°F, then Menifee at 105.9°F and Hemet at 105.6°F.
