In San Jacinto, precipitation was "very light," according to Monty Parrott. Only "occasional brief sprinkles and rain", with nothing measurable in the eastern part of town over the three days. A chance of scattered showers was still predicted for Friday, but not much measurable rainfall was expected. Totals for Friday were generally expected to be less than 0.05". A chance of light showers was also predicted over the weekend, potentially squeezed out of low-level moisture. Another storm was due sometime between late Sunday and Tuesday, but inconsistencies in weather model results were bring forecasts for that period into doubt. |
