The following are photos from Thursday evening's tornadoes that struck the Perris Valley near March ARB. Tornadoes were also reported near the San Jacinto Valley, near or in Moreno Valley, and near Lake Elsinore that evening.
The tornadoes were spawned from a severe thunderstorm. One of the picture clearly shows more than one spout.
Damage from the tornadoes included at least one trailer, a big rig truck, and a few railroad freight cars.
We've also received many photos documenting hail that fell across the inland valleys on Thursday. Those pictures are still forthcoming.
Thanks to Richard Lopez, Tammy Magana and Tyrone Ellis for the photos.
