Installation of the Riverside weather station began this past weekend. The Riverside weather site will be WeatherCurrents' eighth site and the seventh in western Riverside County. In addition, it will be the first in the Riverside metropolitan area.
The Riverside weather station will be located in the Canyon Crest area, close to the University of California, Riverside.
Streaming weather data from the weather station should begin next Saturday. An official site launch will follow.
WeatherCurrents is also seeking volunteers to host weather stations nearby, in Moreno Valley and Corona. |
