Unsettled weather dominated the last few days of March, as slow-moving low pressure brought cool, windy, and sometimes wet weather to the region.
Precipitation totals did not amount to much, however. Most communities recorded a tenth of an inch or less. Exceptions to that rule were in the Riverside-San Bernardino vicinity, where 0.40 inches was recorded in Beaumont (Cherry Valley), 0.35 inches in Riverside's Presidential Park, 0.27 inches in East Highland (courtesy of Peter Michas), and 0.26 inches in San Bernardino. WeatherCurrents contributors in Temecula Valley Wine Country and East San Jacinto recorded 0.05 inches respectively (courtesy of Jim Sappington and Monty Parrott).
After a mid-week warm up, more stormy weather was expected for next weekend.
