The damage was extensive but mostly minor. A few roof tiles came off some of the homes. The major problems were downed trees (some across roads), fences destroyed (nearly all wooden fences were down on one of the streets in the tornado's path), and in one case, a barbecue was picked up and moved off a slab. No injuries were reported.

The tornado came through the Temecula neighborhood with a loud roard in about 30 seconds time at about 9:40am Saturday morning.

Much less damage was reported in Fallbrook, where there were reports of a few downed trees.

The City of Temecula public works department quickly cleared the blocked roads.
